Mars Gelfo
Mars Gelfo
Founder & Advisor

Mars Gelfo is a French hornist, educator, and creative technologist obsessed with one question: how do humans actually get better?

He has performed with the San Francisco Symphony, Philadelphia Orchestra, and Hong Kong Philharmonic, where he spent six seasons as a full-time member. Along the way he has collaborated with artists including Jacob Collier and Grammy-winning songwriters across genres you would not expect a horn player to touch.

Trained in Cognitive Science and Computer Science at Northwestern, Mars brings a rare mix of elite performance, learning science, embodiment, and product thinking to music education. He created High Range Magic and Holistic Horn Academy to help brass players unlock more freedom, power, and trust in their playing.
